Vote NO to Proposition 2

The Greece Police UPA would like to encourage all voters residing in the Town to vote NO to proposition 2 when you head to the voting booths! What is Proposition 2?

This November, Proposition 2 will be on the ballot.  The Greece GOP committee urges all residents to Vote NO on Prop 2. Proposition 2 is an amendment to the procedure for filling Vacancies for the town board.  If passed proposition 2 centralizes power to the Greece town Board to appoint any individual of their choice, eliminating existing checks and balances.

Porp 2 undermines the existing Process and the Greece GOP committee by neutralizing its ability to provide the most qualified candidates to fill vacancies.
